If you need help with your Bioly account, public page, bookings, forms, or integrations, send us a message and we will do our best to point you in the right direction quickly.
Most support requests receive a response within 24 to 48 hours.
How to contact support
For general account issues, technical questions, integration help, or launch support, email support@biolyapp.com. Please include the email address on your Bioly account, the page URL if relevant, and a short description of the issue so we can help faster.
Support form
If you use a support form on the Bioly website or inside the dashboard, please include the following details so we can help faster:
- Your account email or workspace name.
- The public page URL, booking page, or affected route.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- Any error message shown on screen.
- Screenshots, screen recording, or timestamps if available.
- For integration issues, the provider involved, such as Zoom or Google Calendar.

Response times
Our target is to respond to most support requests within 24 to 48 hours. More complex technical issues, account reviews, or third-party integration incidents may take longer if they require provider-side checks or additional diagnostics.
Zoom integration support
For Zoom-related issues, please include whether you were trying to connect the app, refresh authorization, create a meeting, or disconnect the integration. If possible, tell us whether the issue appears inside your Bioly dashboard, inside Zoom, or during the authorization redirect flow.

Bookings, forms, and public page issues
If a visitor cannot submit a form, complete a booking, or open your public page, please share the exact link, the time of the issue, and whether the problem happened on mobile or desktop. This helps us trace the issue much faster.

Quick answers
- Login issues: If you cannot sign in, confirm you are using the correct account email and try the password reset flow first.
- Integration issues: If Zoom or Google Calendar is not syncing correctly, reconnect the integration and check that the required permissions were granted.
- Booking issues: If bookings are not available, review your availability settings, booking status, and any connected calendar configuration.
