Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Bioly, a software platform operated by Bioly at https://biolyapp.com.

By creating an account, accessing the service, connecting integrations, or using any Bioly website or dashboard feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Bioly. If you use Bioly on behalf of a business, organization, or client, you represent that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account details reasonably up to date.
• You are responsible for the content you publish, the links you share, and the way you configure bookings, forms, and integrations.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify us promptly at support@biolyapp.com.

Bioly is designed to help users create and manage professional public pages, links, bookings, forms, and connected workflows. You may use the service only in a lawful, responsible, and non-deceptive manner.

• Using Bioly to publish unlawful, infringing, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading content.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, tokens, APIs, or data.
• Using the service to send spam, run abusive automation, scrape data, or interfere with platform reliability.
• Uploading malicious files, code, or content intended to harm visitors, users, or third-party systems.
• Impersonating another person or organization, or falsely implying affiliation with Bioly or any partner provider.
• Circumventing plan limits, security controls, billing controls, or feature restrictions.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, publish, upload, or configure in Bioly, including profile text, links, images, booking settings, form content, and related materials.

You grant Bioly a limited right to host, process, transmit, display, copy, and use that content only as needed to operate, improve, support, and secure the service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide and publish your content.

Bioly may allow you to connect services such as Zoom, Google Calendar, Telegram, and email providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies in addition to ours.

Bioly is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their data practices, or changes they make to their APIs, pricing, features, or policies. Some features may stop working if a third-party provider changes or disables access.

Some parts of Bioly may require a paid subscription. If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees, taxes, and charges shown at the time of purchase.

Subscription access may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. If pricing, plan limits, or billing terms change, we will update the applicable information in the product, on the website, or by email.

You may stop using Bioly at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, failed to pay amounts due, or used the service in a way that harms Bioly, other users, or third parties.

We may also remove content, restrict features, or disable integrations if reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, service integrity, or platform reliability.

Bioly, including its software, branding, visual assets, platform design, source code, documentation, and related materials, is owned by Bioly or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Bioly to you.

Bioly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free service.

We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, secure, compatible with every device or third-party provider, or free from delays, outages, or data loss.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bioly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims arising from the service will be limited to the amount you paid to Bioly during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bioly and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of Bioly, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law principles.

The courts located in Cairo, Egypt will have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or related to these Terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we may notify users through the website, dashboard, or email. Continued use of Bioly after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
